New name matches commitment to establish full visibility and accountability. OpenMetrik reflects new product strategy, solutions and service offerings for management decision support.

Piscataway NJ (July 02, 2004)  This new name reflects the company's establishment as a distinct entity in offering products, solutions and services that bring clear light into Management Metrics. OpenMetrik collects reliable and rich set of data from all domains within the enterprise, and presents the Metrics in Real-time to Senior Management for decision support.

This name change will allow OpenMetrik to establish a prominent brand entity as a leading Integrated Management Control Systems company. OpenMetrik will leverage with its established branding to reach out to Senior Executives – and provide low-cost automation, and save wasted management time and dollars. OpenMetrik will save frustrations in trying to fit disjoint pieces of software and disparate processes together in establishing visibility and accountability.

OpenMetrik's commitment towards its customers, and in addressing their management challenges will remain unchanged, explains Mr. Ashok Kumar, CEO of OpenMetrik, Inc. As we grow into offering more products that cater to the CEO/CFO/CIO levels, we are establishing a more structured way to presenting and positioning product offerings and fees and services.
