Yes GRIP is an all-encompassing, truly enterprise-wide framework. But, are we trying to boil the ocean?

The answer is, “it is just a puddle and not an ocean, as the vendors project it to be”. Many Senior Executives get into vendor-led thinking, and their prior experience with software implementation leads them to believe that it is difficult to implement a product like GRIP. Often times, much of the functionality is not turned on, or even the whole product ends up being shelf-ware.
