Firm GRIP Level Assessment

OpenMetrik offers a ´Firm GRIP´ Level Assessment program for new customers. This enables you to assess your business process level of rigor, your extent of management data availability versus your management decision support needs. Importantly, Firm GRIP level assessment is also an organizational culture assessment, to check your readiness for change.

By this three-pronged assessment, covering business processes, management data availability and your organizational culture, OpenMetrik will determine the easiest change management and migration path to achieving Governanec excellence.

OpenMetrik firmly believes that, it is the absence of such “Level Assessment” that results in failure and long-drawn software implementation.

OpenMetrik will construct, in conjunction with a qualified OpenMetrik change management consultant, a swift Governance implementation, tailored to meet your exact needs. Its purpose is both to introduce you to OpenMetrik´s GRIP line of software, and to enable you to rapidly demonstrate value. The typical end-to-end duration is 15 days. The program is available at $30,000.
