Ashok Kumar President and Treasurer Ashok Kumar is responsible for the vision, strategy and leadership and has led the company from its founding to its present position as an industry leader in management control systems for enterprises worldwide. Incorporating the technical prowess and focus on culture learned at multi-national firms in US and around the world, Ashok leads the company’s vision to become the No. 1 company in empowering Senior Management with accurate, reliable decision support data through integrated set of processes. Ashok has over nineteen years of experience as a management consultant providing strategic and tactical leadership to Fortune 100 companies, for investment banking, insurance and telecom industries. He has a successful track record leading large-scale global development initiatives, working with all levels of business users and on varied technology platforms. Ashok holds a Masters in Computer Science/Math from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India.

Chandra Sekar Vice President, Product Strategy & Marketing An accomplished Six Sigma Black belt and an MBA in Technology Management, Chandra leads the vision of the new paradigm shift in Senior Management governance – Management Control Systems approach. He is responsible for steering OpenMetrik in its two-pronged strategy of product development and marketing. Prior to grooming OpenMetrik as a product development company, for over sixteen years, Chandra worked for Big Four consulting companies and was engaged in strategy, architecture and business process improvement consulting assignments for premier Wall St firms, Telecom and manufacturing industries. He worked very closely with many CIOs, as a change agent and strategy dissemination expert and in providing content to the speeches and presentations of the CIO. Chandra holds a B. Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology, India and a MBA in Technology Management from University of Phoenix.

Sripathi Tumati Vice President, Software Development Sripathi joined OpenMetrik in 2004 with a mandate to transform OpenMetrik product strategy and vision into reality. A committed individual and a veteran in rapid software development methodologies, innovative common object frameworks and maintenance-free software development, Sripathi has also led many reference customer implementations for OpenMetrik. Sripathi has a three-pronged responsibility of realizing GRIP technical architecture vision, leading and coaching a well-motivated team of developers into different flavors of GRIP product line and to investigate new WEB technologies for applicability to GRIP architectural framework. Sripathi brings over fouteen years of large-scale global organizational experience to OpenMetrik. Prior to joining OpenMetrik, Sripathi has worked for Lufthansa, Wells Fargo, HP, Time Warner and other Furtune 50 financial, chemical, media and telecommunications organizations. He served as lead architectect in implementing large scale enterprise architecture initiatives. Sripathi holds a B.E in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Osmania University, India.

Dr. Sridhar Ramaswamy Vice President & CTO Sridhar leads OpenMetrik’'s efforts in continuing to be a pioneer and leader in service supply chain management and management control systems and as a successful enterprise software product company. His specific areas of responsibility include: optimization of product lifecycle management methodologies, integration of best practices in senior management governance into one single, streamlined supply chain system. Sridhar brings in over ten years of IT experience to OpenMetrik. Prior to joining OpenMetrik, Sridhar was a product development director in charge of Global Customer Delivery for i2 Technologies, a US based, world-leader in Supply Chain optimization software development. He has successfully led and executed several global large-scale manufacturing software implementations in Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and US. Sridhar holds a post doctorate degree in Supply Chain Management from University of Toronto, Faculty of Management and Masters and doctoral degrees both from Indian Statistical Institute. He has several international publications to his credit and is an active member of the Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences.
