What is your challenge as you see it?

“Today, Senior Management is faced with three most painful aspects of decision-making. First there is no single dashboard that represents projects, applications and operations data to be displayed in one single panel, connecting the interdependencies among them. Second, the actual performance, its deviations, event alerts and warning signals are not presented in a timely manner, in a form that can be easily interpreted. Third, when such information is presented, it is not presented with underlying details, as to what is the cause. The challenge to making educated decisions is lack of pertinent data and lack of intelligence. Senior Management is availability and reliability of data. Senior Management needs data that is collected with the same level of rigor, in a timely fashion and data that can be readily cross-referenced across divisions, business units and functions.”

What solutions do you have today?

”Today, our directors and line VPs have different dashboards for looking at different aspects of their portion of the business, and events related to each aspect. Information from those dashboards is then extracted, compiled and presented to the Senior Executive, as a presentation, substantiated by report details from every domain. When the Senior Executive sees a potential impact on one report, the (potentially) affected division heads have to go in and explain the cross-functional impacts.”
